We went here for the first week of September 2020, during first week of school, so it was very quiet either due to school or the pandemic. We loved it. Cabins are very clean and well kept. Stocked with what you need including little things you don’t think of like dish soap and paper towel. The heated outdoor pool was amazing and it was kept very clean. Daily towel service was a huge bonus. Staff and owner were very helpful and even quickly helped us out when we locked ourselves out early one morning by mistake. ( watch those auto locking doorknobs, lol) All major attractions are nearby, so would be great for kids during tourist season. Cavendish beach is only a five minute drive away (not walkable to in my opinion though but maybe with bicycles). We definitely would recommend and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful little cottages in the middle of all the action. The pool was a big hit with the kids and being within walking distance of the boardwalk was a big bonus. We'll be back for sure.
The rooms/cottage was very clean and the A/C was definitely a plus. However, the television does not have many channels to watch in the evening before you go to bed. And we had no hot water in our cottage for 2 out of 4 days we spent there.
We loved our stay. We stayed in the two bedroom cottage and though the kitchen was tiny, it was functional. Cottage was neat, clean and well maintained. Right in the heart of cavendish and handy most amenities. The playground and pool was right in the front yard but far enough away we were not bothered by other cottagers. I look forward to going back.
Lovely cottage. Very clean. Lots of room. All the necessities were there. Kids loved the pool! Lots of things for the kids to do outside. Conveniently located next to beach and local attractions. Family friendly. Staff were very helpful and kind. I would definitely go back again!!
Place is very neat and clean but I highly suggest getting deluxe 2 bedroom. Regular 2 bedroom is extremely small. TV is over your kitchen table. Pool is very nice and its close to everything so that is a plus.
We stayed here last year, staff was amazing, we arrived earlier then we expected and Michelle went and made sure our cottage was ready for us. The cottage was beautiful, clean, comfortable, area is super close to everything, beautiful playground and pool for the kids. It was an amazing experience. Will definitely be back and staying here next time too !!
Cute little place, some of the things in the kitchen were a little outdated. Great location though. Everything was walking distance.
