The owner, Shelley, of Colonial Charm Inn in Charlottetown recommended us the COWS ice-cream in Cavendish. She says not to miss the freshly made waffle should we try. Indeed it was great! So many flavours to choose from and finally had to settle a mix of two. The cream is out of the world! My husband and I shared as we cannot eat too much. I did regret for not getting two waffles though.

Massive lines, takes 15- 20 mins to get served. The also don't have as many flavors as the other locations on the island. Cows is still good ice cream, but this location is too small for the crowds.

Had a single scoop of Royal COWnadian Mint. Ice cream and waffle cone were both delicious. They were well set up for social distancing while lined up. Many flavours both classic and unique.

Love the ice cream. Could use some reorganization in terms of being able to pay BEFORE you get your ice cream. Also needs a new spot for sanitizer that is more convenient.

Very disappointed to arrive at Cows this evening and see that no physical distancing measures were in place. We looked into Cows and saw approximately 20 people in line, all within a foot or two of each other. There was no max number posted for entry either. I would have expected such a large chain to be more proactive in fighting the spread of COVID-19. We opted for another icecream parlour down the road that was doing a great job of promoting physical distancing.

Probably the best milkshake I have ever had can't say anything about the ice cream because I never tried it but if it's anything like there milkshake you will not be disappointed
