Deserves no star Worst travel agent experience. When you send them a message, it will took 3-7days before you can get response. They are not answering calls, no updates if the tour will push through or not. They will refund your down payment but it will took them a month to do that! Lot of excuses.

Availed their Hongkong and Singapore tricity tour with my family, I am really satisfied with their service and we enjoyed both of our tour arrangements with them. Ms Del, the one who arranged our booking is very accommodating with all our queries. She is constantly communicating with us from the airport to check if we were already picked up until we checked in at the hotel. Moreover, their guides in Hongkong and Singapore are so friendly and courteous, we also liked the hotel we stayed in. We will surely arrange another booking with you and will recommend you to my friends for a hassle free vacation. Thank You AWNW TEAM

purchased Boracay package for my family and it was an awesome trip! We really enjoyed our tour, hotel was great, transfer service are on time. Staff of AWNW Travel is also accommodating and informative. We will surely recommend your agency, til next time :D
Inconsiderate and unaccommodating. A week before our trip, I was hospitalized and was confined. I messaged AWNW regarding what happened stating that I and my family wont be able to come and I am humbly requesting for the refund (the refund will be used to fill my hospital charges) but they said the downpayment is non-refundable and non-rebookable. I informed them I can show them medical certificate to justify my reasoning but they still refuse to consider my plea.
Very inconsiderate and unaccommodating. They are not even answering their goddamn phones! Will never use this travel agency again.
