Last year, I had my hair bleached in this salon and they gave me a chemical burn. It was sooo bad, i was in pain for more than a week. After a month, my wounds got better and i was left with a few baldspots on my scalp. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! P.S. Their metrodeal is a scam. I've consulted them regarding the discount and they told me that they would still charge me for a 100% as if i haven't purchased a deal. One of their hairstylist even told me that \that's just how it works\ when i was explaining how stupid that is.

My friend purchased a voucher worth 999. Her hair was so short, not even touching her shoulders. To my surprise! Aside from the 999 php that she paid online thru Metrodeal, the staff from Fresh Salon was still asking her to pay an additional 700 php. This is a total scam! Their offer at Metrodeal was unclear and once you purchase it you can’t get any refund. When she asked for an explanation, what they've told her is that's how it is.
