Disappointed with the appointment date set by the engineering office. Yet they entertain walk-ins. 3 months gap just for processing fencing permit. Talk about the time being wasted here. And the guy was so rude.

Relatively fast and good quality of service for a local government unit. The staff are respectful and try to improve systems, although quite chaotic at the moment. The building has a ramp although people have used it for queueing. Very few ATM machines.
