Average PLDT Office. You need to commute/drive to go to this place as this is situated on an industrial estate/site, and not on a commercial area. During my last visit here, only the security guard on duty was very lively accommodating me and another customer. There were three (customers) of us, one (already) at the teller/s table and two of us with the security guard, it was only him that lively greeted us and asked us how to serve us. This branch is seldomly visited by customers and as such almost always empty. Payments are easy; as there are almost no visiting customers.

February 2020 i ask for transfer until now it is not transfer to our new house the worse is they keep on charging the account even it supposedly to be temporarily disconnected.
applied for the change of address and made the bloody payment and yet they still can't proceed because there was no report number and have to write a request letter again. worst service
If there's a Zero on the review, I will give it to them. Worse service that I've encounter. They lost the copy of the application form and during that time we waited for them for more than 2 weeks and we've tried to follow up and we just got the news that they f@#king lost the application form. They said we need to apply again and wait for another 2 weeks!!!! I rather chose another network that can install for only 2-3 days.

I applied for you internet dsl 1299 last april 4 and up to now no one told me of my status inspite of providing complete requirements. It's very disappointing.
