Line for releasing and filing should be different. The time you spend in filling is the same time for releasing. Releasing should be faster. Happily the guards are helpful.

Ctc arent released on d same day will take 3 days. For other transaction better to complete your requirements and release will take 20 working days for titling. And 7 days to 10 working days for mortgages annotation..

It's clean and orderly but the staff are not very helpful.

They have proper systematic proceedure. Only problem is difficult to get a parking spot.

Extremely long lines. Prepare at least 6 hours for the lines. Bring your own chair and umbrella and food/lunch, you might end up under the sun while waiting in line over lunch time.

Process is somehow easy. However, there are signs that they have NO NOON BREAK but the person in charge of checking requirements is not on his desk. Guard says s/he ate lunch. So we had to wait for her/him to come back before we can get a number. If I understand it right, there should be a reliever to make sure everybody gets to eat lunch while still being able to perform the office's duties. Or do not put signs of No Noon Break anymore. Other than that, process was easy in my experience.

One of the busiest RD i have visited. You must come early to get an early cue number. RD staffs are very helpful. Processing of real estate papers are quite a breeze, unusual for a government office. I have no complaints except that you must check yourself the correctness of info details of your land title before you leave.
