Honestly terrible, the windows jammed up within the first 6 months of buying and still have not been fixed. The cupboards and draws are a cheap Chinese make and finish and to top it off the outlets keep ripping out of the wall. OC management are by far the worst people to deal with in my life, they are disgusting in how they speak, nothing but obnoxious and rude. Highly recommend anyone interested to stay away from Caydon.

We Purchased a penthouse in the Rise development and is still riddled with defects 4 months later, the cooktop stopped working 2 weeks after we moved in and still has not been fixed. The joinery is all Chinese and poor quality drawers have literally fallen off. Wind comes through the balcony doors even when closed the toilet flush gets stuck on and we were told to contact the plumbers ourselfs the builder LU Simmons will do the bear minimum. I'd advise of your thinking about purchasing with caydon don't...

We where set to purchase a property start of this year, left caydon with a 25,000 deposit. We could not settle on the property as the bought the the closure date forward by 12 months even after they reassured the complete date would be 2020. Being new to property market we mistakenly trusted them and the surveyor they referred us too. We lost our 25000 k deposit, our whole life savings and our only shot to purchase our first home due to caydon. Do not recommend!

I recently purchased Mason Square at Moonee Ponds, the sale team has been helpful and the quality of the apartment seems ok; despite some minor defects that could be fixed. However, the gym delayed for like more than 3 months before equipment is being installed, and now we got told that they forgot to install dispenser and the gym will get delayed again. They know how to charge your OC fee but no facilities are being delivered. I dont know how many months i need to wait until the gym is actually open and we can use the facilities that we actually pay for as an owner. This one star is just for the sale team. Not happy.

After a while looking for my first home (apartment) to purchase, I came across the Ivanhoe Apartments building and went in to the display office for a look. The kitchen, bathroom and materials that were on display all looked and felt very high quality. My agent was Daniel Visvardis who helped me with my decision, guided me through the purchase process and went as far as to help me get alterations made to my (under construction) apartment without any extra charge. Daniel was a great help and made everything much easier than I anticipated. My experience with purchasing the apartment has been mostly easy (a lot of reading, but worth) and a great learning experience to go through.
