One of the best realtors that was in Philadelphia.. I filled out an application for a house and told them my credit problem and they worked with me. I was renting from them for 6 years before they moved to Atlanta. Even though the company moved when something was wrong with the house Tony was back in Philly in a heartbeat to fix the problem. Very reliable and understanding. Even though I havent rented from them in over a year he still came through and gave me reference for another house.

Very unprofessional and disappointing experience with CCFS properties. I filled out an application for a house. Got approved and put a down payment. We set a date to move in but unfortunately had to push back the date due to the place needing some renovations. Ok i understood and scheduled a different move-in date for a month later. I call a 2 days before moving day to confirm the time. I am told that they yet again need more time. The place isn't ready nothing that was suppose to get done got done within that extra month and that another month is needed. I was furious because if I had not called no one would have called to let me know. I was supposed to turn in my keys for my current place on that move in day. So I was stuck with a apartment full of boxed up things prepared to move and a furniture delivery that had to be canceled very last minute. I had no choice to get my down payment back because I was beyond disgusted and pissed with the POOR professionalism and lack of care.
