The pasta itself is good, but portion is rather small and Parmesan would be nice too. The place is super hot since it's not aired properly. Bruchetta is tasteless. Salad dressing non-existent (how about some decent olive oil?). The cook is Filipino and not Italian as mentioned in other reviews.

On my way to a restaurant nearby, the word Shakshuka in the very heart of Bantayan Island surely caught my attention! The Tunisian I am could not pass without giving this a try, and let me tell you, it was delicious!!! I also tried their pomodoro Pasta, and it was equally yummy. The mango shake I got was like the cherry on the cake. Long story short, please go and enjoy theirsh yummy food!

By far the best meal I've had in the Philippines, possibly anywhere! World class food served properly. I had their specialty, the Baia Carbonara. It incorporated some of the local delicacies in with the traditional Italian. The flavor was out of this world! I can't say enough about this restaurant. I highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed!

After discovering Baia Spaghetteria in Sta. Fe, we felt that we found the best food place in town and dined at the cafe for the remaining meals of our trip. The pasta, veg salad, bruschetta, wine and espresso were so good! The owner, chef and staff were also very warm and friendly. Enjoying the authentic Italian food after a nice day at the beach is such a treat! Highly recommend to drop by at Baia Spaghetteria when you're in Sta. Fe.
