Cebu SHOULD also be known for its art scene aside from its pristine beaches and beautiful people :) glad and grateful that humble art institutions like Joya exists. It's located inside UP Cebu- Lahug and is adjacent to DTI's Fablab, which in itself is one of the city's miracles. Love the art and the people behind this gallery especially Sir Jay Jorre :) His passion for the local arts scene is infectious. Thank you for the work you do, good Sir. Thank you.
