We used the Waze app to locate the resort and it was pretty easy to find. We arrived earlier than our supposed check-in time but the owners gladly welcomed us and immediately led us to our room. We booked a family room for our stay, it was a lot bigger than I expected. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and they also have mosquito nets installed over single beds. I would have preferred it if the room was a lot brighter though in terms of lighting but it was a cozy room nonetheless. We were lucky there were only two groups of guests at the time so it felt like we had the resort to ourselves. At the time, food on the menu was limited so it helps if you order ahead to give them ample time to prepare. They also have a designated area for grilling if you wish to cook your own food. Massage service is also available. They also have a kayak that you could rent per hour and they offer touring services even at this time of the pandemic as well. The staff was very kind and helpful. The owners were very polite and accommodating, and they advised us that we can check out at a later time if we wanted to. Overall, great place and great service. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful place to relax away from the city.

One of the best hideaways. Really great people with good service. It's one of those places you would keep going to.

We stayed at blue orchid late 2018 and loved it! The managing staff is friendly but the cooks/maids/waitresses/waiters/grounds keepers/guards is what made the stay exceptional! The food was delicious, authentic, and made with love (just like grandma) however it was pricy due to being at the hotel. The same food would be a fraction of the price, but you will have to arrange transport off the property. The property was secluded and private so if you want tranquility, this place is for you! The property is well kept and clean. There is not much within walking distance, but you can snorkel just of the property. It's very rocky and coral filled which makes the snorkeling fantastic, however there is not much of a beach. What you do get is a beautiful cut out of coral all around that create beautiful formations. At low tide, you can explore and search for starfish right at your feet, just be careful for sea urchins. I'd stay for a few days but after a while, you may feel isolated.

It's a very nice place, but the best part is the owner. He's very friendly and extremely helpful. He took me to the hospital right away when I showed him my injury. The rooms are nice and clean with plenty of open space and a very good view. There's a very nice pool and the staff seems happy. It's right on the ocean if you want to swim there. It's one of the best places I've been, and it's extremely affordable for all the amenities you get in a great location.

Would highly reccomend. Service was top notch and the rooms were nice with amazing views and comfortable beds. I would advise asking specifically for a room on the second level with the ocean view. You can see the ocean with the mountains in the background while laying down in bed! There are lots of activities (scuba diving, snorkeling, massages, etc) and a really nice pool area and outdoor seating. Overall very chill and welcoming environment. Will definitely come back in the future if even in Cebu again.

Quiet, relaxing and the reef just a couple of meters from the beach was breathtaking. Rooms were clean and well maintained. I particularly enjoyed the food and drinks that were available. They had a pretty good selection of cocktails and craft beer. Price was also very reasonable. My one gripe was the roads, it can be a little challenging for cars to get here (but we made it).

Great mix of activities and relaxation! It is somewhat remote so it's very quiet and peaceful. The staff are friendly and attentive; the experience feels very personal!
