We had our furnace replaced and it was still working but we wanted to upgrade the system as it was over 30yrs old. They worked hard to save us money and was very respectful for our young families schedule , they were on time, very professional, and cleaned up after. Best part was the product they recommended cut our Gas bill in half . Thank you Easley Comfort

Originally heard some good things about this company.....LIES ALL LIES. Made appointments for 3pm (sine I do have to work too) and all were canceled... according to them because they didn't have any other appointments and didn't want to wait around for mine. Now I know why they didn't have any other appointments. One of the times I even left work early to meet them atthe house and they didn't even have the courtesy to call and cancel, they just didn't show up. As far as the work, that was just as bad. A plug had gone out but they said it should hold out for 1 more year and we can do it next year. Well here i am in 100 degree weather with a non- working air conditioner, and now either having to figure out how to fix it myself or hire someone else and pay to fix it again. My advice..... avoid the headaches and just go with someone else. Update.... funny how the owners have to give themselves a 5 stars review to bring their ratings up. This should tell you as a consumer to be cautious about using this company when they can't base their actual rating on real customers experience, and have to pad their numbers.
I have been a loyal customer for several years and now the level of service has severely degraded. I have tried to have my swamp cooler serviced only to have my appointment cancelled 4 times in a row. I had to fix a leak myself that they were supposed to fix. Now I'm left with a cooler that isn't functioning correctly and a plug that was supposed to have been replaced but was put off because they wanted to replace it when they start it up next season. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE! Someone needs to teach the woman who answers the phone some things about customer service! Its her way or the highway and no if ands or butts about it. Little did she know we have been in Plumbing and Mechanical community since 1972..... Word of mouth TRAVELS far and wide in this town! 5 phone calls and never a soul to look at the work... Just excuses, and they ONLY satisfy the people who make them

This company way overcharged - 1 house they charged 350 & another house for 225. The charge was to turn on the unit and then they replaced a pad that was new last year. The didn't clean the tray which resulted in a failed water pump that I had to replace. The other service was a turn on and we have had numerous leaking other the last 2 months since it was turned on and have been up and down the roof. We finally paid for additional items that stopped the leaking. The third house they charged 1800 for a new swamp cooler that wholesales around 525 so their net profit was 1300 for the unit and 4 hours of labor. Shop around and pick anyone else other than this company!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They make appointments then cancel them if they don't feel like working even after promising to be there. All this in the middle of July and no AC because they are too damn lazy to actually work. WOULD NOT USE THEM IF THEY WERE THE LAST COMPANY!!!!
