I’m so grateful to have had the opportunity to receive treatment from this place. The food wasn’t the best when I was there (I hope it does get better), but everything else considerably outweighed that. All the staff were so helpful, kind, and considerate... they’re primarily what helped me have such an enlightening experience. Thank you everyone for genuinely caring for me, and for giving me the profound awakening experience I desperately needed.

My child had a wonderful experience. The nurses were helpful . Every time I called to check in on my child, the nurses were very polite. I never once worried about my child when they were there for 7 days. My child was able to grow as an individual more at Cedar Crest in 7 days than they had with a year of bi-weekly outside therapy.

I can speak on my recent stay at cedar crest and my personal encounters with the Doctors, Nurses, Therapists, and the Techs during my week of voluntary in-patient therapy. The Care Was Real. I was treated with dignity and respect. Groups were amazing. There's even YOGA. We threw the football around during rec. Rooms were clean and Staff was Attentive to all patients. I am proud to have had such a great Treatment Team on my side. 100% Real compassion and Professionalism. Period.

as a former patient, this place was very traumatizing. i never did anything harmful towards myself until i was in there. i wanted nothing to do with life. this place drained me as a human being. the staff did not take their job seriously. honestly if you have a choice to put your child. DONT NOT PICK THIS PLACE!!! AVOID IT AT ALL COST!!! this is coming from a person who stayed at the facility. it doesn’t look any in the pictures. the rooms are empty and soulless. barely a blanket if you could call it that. a matt as a mattress. there’s no shampoo bottles but u can only get a ration of shampoo and conditioner in a paper ketchup bowl u get for extra sauce at mcdonald’s. please rethink about the place and the pictures they portray as a great place. this “welcoming place” will ruin the will to live. there was times where i was ready to end it just to escape this place. nothing was wrong with me and i never harmed myself until i was in there as i stated before. this place pushed me to the point of wanting to and doing self harm. (i was in the minor section not the adult)

They didn’t give me a therapist and only kept me for 5 days. They charged us 12,000 after saying nothing “was wrong” when a month later at a different facility I was diagnosed with at least 6 different illnesses. Overall the staff was abusive and only cared about a paycheck. DO NOT GO HERE!
