Rick was very responsive his crew was hard working and very knowledgeable. I needed a good electrical Co. To install new service for my Mobile Home, i called talked to a nice lady in office, she said Rick was on other line and will call you back, in minutes Rick called and we set up a meeting date to look at my property he informed me that he could also do the gas line. Rick informed me that they are on another job but would get to me soon as they could. To my surprise Rick called back and said they could be at my property next day my gas line was install about 150 ft from home pressure tested great job. Electrical box installed professionally on side of my mobile Home it looks great and professional. Thanks Turquoise Trail very happy with the work performed

Avoid this company. Outrageously overpriced, poor customer service. Outwardly friendly, but quality of work is sub-par. Spoke to numerous other people that had to hire another electrician to correct work they had done, if you can even get them to come do it. Voice Mailbox always full, waited 2 weeks for a callback. Another company had my service done in a day, and passed inspection with no complications. HARD PASS.

Initially got the impression owner knows very little about plumbing or electrical. All I can figure is he has a few good workers that know what they're doing. Sure enough, the owner, Rick Howe, ends up billing us for work that was not performed. When I refused to pay the extra amount, he threatened a lien against our property and a lawsuit! Turns out we weren't the only ones he's done this to. Rick Howe has a long history in the New Mexico court system. Don't take my word for it- look him up. I suspect there aren't more reviews like this because he threatens to sue everyone! If you've had a similar experience, file a complaint with the NM Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. Only way this crook will be put behind bars. My wife and I never would have let this guy on our property if we knew his background. You've been warned.

HORRIBLE I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH A VERY SWEET GIRL TWICE, SHE SAID SHE WOULD HAVE THE OWNER CALL ME FOR AN ESTIMATE AND BOTH TIMES HE NEVER CALLED, FIND A MORE RELIABLE NON LLC ELECTRICIAN & PLUMBER!!! NOT HAPPY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! PLEASE READ ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON THIS PLACE!!
