We just took our mini Aussie here to get groomed during the Holiday rush because our regular groomer was booked. They were very friendly and wanted to help us find the perfect trim for our dog. We were beyond satisfied and plan to use them as our groomers moving forward. I was so pleased, in fact, that I accidentally forgot to tip and made sure I drove back to apologize and tip properly -- tip your groomers, especially during these difficult times! Would recommend 10/10

Super happy dwarf neon gourami!! They actually care for the fish at this Petco!! I saw 0 (zero) dead fish in their tanks!! Staff was helpful and captured these little guys without too much stress.
Ciara is the best employee you guys have by far..! She loves her job and you can tell. We have gone there 4 times this past week getting each of our kids new family member to our house. One day, she still had her stuff in her hands from walking in, and came straight to us to ask if we needed assistance. You just don't have that kind of customer service in 2021 anymore. We love this place and thanks so much! :)
The store manager Jenn helped me during this visit. She got me a chair so I could sit in the isle of dog harness and leash so I could do my shopping as Petco chooses not to have a mobility cart in there stores. (It makes it very hard for disabled people to shop in a store that does not provide a mobility scooter). Jenn stayed with me the whole time I was in the store, helping me find the right harness for my dog. When I was finished choosing my item, Jenn carried the chair to a register a helped me finalize my purchase. Jenn even walked me to my car to make sure I would get to it safely. I had a much better experience at this store now that Jenn is the store manager. Thank you Jenn
Overall a very disappointing trip. My dog is paralyzed in his back two legs, so finding groomers that will cater to him is very difficult. All I wanted was a simple nail trim. I called ahead to make sure it wouldn’t be a problem and the lady on the other line said it wouldn’t be (of course with how confident she seemed I thought they had done it before) I got there and the staff seemed very confused. I waited around for about 20 minutes all for the manager to come back and say they couldn’t do it. This is a complaint but also just some constructive criticism for petco. If you’re offering services for all pets make sure it means ALL pets. It would be a great way to expand your services and a great training opportunity. My dog already has trouble with so many other things, this was already a very simple task that didn’t need to be added to the list.
