Staff was super helpful as we looked at a specific model camper we were interested in. They showed us a few similar campers as well. They were knowledgeable and friendly, not pushy at all. We did not purchase yet so I cannot comment on that but overall we had a great shopping experience.

What a great gem. I didn't know this service and parts department was here and had such a nice selection of items. The staff was great and was able to order us a part and said it would be there the next day. Forget Amazon! They even called later to tell us that our symptoms may have pointed to a different problem. Very clean as well. Great job! Well definitely come again and recommend.

The service department is top notch ! Doug has always been very informative and proficient. David in sales is not the pushy type that other RV dealers have. I highly recommend them.

Arrived in the area and needed repair to my 5th wheel system as it is cold in NC. I visited Carteret RV and they told me they are working on repair orders 2-3 weeks out. They provided me with the name and number of an independent repairman that might be able to help. I called him and he came over the next day and we have heat. Thank You Carteret RV for all your help.
