Terrible rental service! Wait long periods to get any info requested from them. Cherrel Linne will not support or help you but instead side immediately with the owners, which she should be a third party to help support you. Don’t expect support or help from these people because they are so willingly strong armed by the owners of their rental properties. Multiple contact attempts and being told it will happen that day but doesn’t happen is terrible service. As a small town community that prides themselves on supporting the military Cedar Ridge and Cherrel Linne completely treated me, an Active Duty service member, and my wife and kids like we were second rate. The last house I lived in for five years in Gilbert, AZ TCT Properties treated us right and took care of us. Cherrel and Cedar Ridge are disgraceful in their services and it will become a legal matter once she finally gives me the documents I requested. I was told they would be sent and am still waiting. WARNING!!! DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS BUSINESS OR CHERREL LINNE!!!

I am having troubles with them. I was sold a useless lot. It can not have a home on it because of flood plain, power line , and set backs. There is no room for manufactured home. Why did I use an agent?
