Had two cruises, both enjoyable, last one had issue with neighbours, customer service manager harassed me on board to accept compensation pre debarkation which celebrity are now only standing over 50% without even speaking to their customer service manager, so their manager Saud one thing and the customer service phone line say another, loser is me the customer, would never recommend celebrity again, cannot trust what they say

We went on a 12 day cruise on the Celebrity Constellation. We've been on Celebrity before but on this occasion we were very disappointed with the ship. We'd paid extra to go in Aqua class but the Persian Garden (one of the perks of Aqua) was small and stuffy - quite unpleasant. Also the food in the Blu Restaurant (another Aqua perk) was really poor and the service was worse than in the past. We complained on several occasions to the Restaurant Manager but there was no improvement. We are thinking of taking another Celebrity Cruise but are loathe to do it without an assurance from them that the food in Blu would go up to standard.
