I had a very bad experience with the nursery Wichmann. I ordered 2 orchids online (I live in Belgium). The Phal. Mini mark came with 2 very young plants in one pot. Soon after I got them leaves started to fall and I discovered one had crown rot. I repotted them to not damage the other orchid. I also got an Aliceara Patricia Mccully and it looked really dehydrated. Later I discovered the medium was really bad and it had NO ROOTS left. I e-mailed them with pictures and they basically said I shouldn't repot orchids during winter \u200d️so they blamed me. The other one looked fine according to their standards... so they ignored the very poor quality of the orchids. So unprofessional! They tried to give me a coupon for a next purchase which I declined since I will never order from them again and wouldn't recommend this nursery to anyone! It was such a big disappointment because it was the first time I ordered orchids online and it was more expensive than a store bought one.

I received my first order today, 3 days after placing my order (within Germany), so processing the order and shipping were very fast. I ordered a few equipment and 4 orchids and I was amazed by them. All 4 orchids either had buds or flowers and everything survived the shipping without any damage. 2 out of the 4 orchids were so, so big! I did not even dream that for this price I would get such an adult, beautiful, big plant. I was extremely pleased with everything and looking forward to ordering more in the future (I just have to find place for them :) )
Great place to buy rare orchids. Here you will find many more species of orchids than the ones that you can usually find in a Baumarkt. The staff was great in helping us with the choice of several orchids plants. Amazing shop..... Highly recommended
Very Helpful and nice staff. I asked for very specific and rare orchids and they knew them and they had them! They also gave us tips on how to take care of the plants.
I don't recommend to buy from this garden! Not to long ago I did buy two orchids from them and the orchids are infested with aphids and some other insects that I don't understand what they are! I did email , text etc etc them and they didn't help at all! They kept asking for pictures until I don't know why I can't send them any more emails! I don't recommend to buy plants from them!! If needed I have pictures to proof it!!
