First time I have used this garage, I usually use another Ford Main Agent who I have a service plan with, I phoned my own garage as I was having a problem resyncing my phone into my car and was told to take it to them but the earliest appointment was November, I phoned Brookside explained the problem to them and they talked me through how to resolve it myself which was extremely helpful and worked, I also needed a new battery and they fit me in for the next day. I have never dealt with a main agent as helpful as this, my car will be going to this garage for all future repairs and service.

Always had a welcome here and bought some very good reliable vehicles. The service department is very efficient professional and doesn't charge ridiculous prices.
Work carried out no problems, friendly staff who took time to give some advice when asked.
