I am so so happy with my experience! I had never had a surgery, IV or anything of the sorts before and they made it so comfortable. I was so scared and nervous but they took all my worries away! One of the staff even put my sweater for me so I would be warm after my surgery. Definitely was taken the most care of. Grateful for this office!

I find this office very unprofessional and taking things way too personally. Staff is rude here. I told the doctor I was in pain and I had an infection in my mouth, he didn’t even check my mouth neither prescribed antibiotics or any pain medicine (he set there with me for maybe 2 mins, told me to book the extraction and left). I didn’t like the way he acted but fine. I had made an appointment with them for an extraction as I’m in a lot of pain but I ended up canceling as the appointment would happen sometime in Feb. I told a friend about my pain and that I wished I could get my appointment as soon as possible and he referred me to his dentist office. I called this current office to cancel my appointment for now so I could set up an appointment with my friend’s office that would take me in faster but turns out my friend’s office doesn’t process my insurance. Fine, I tried. I’m in pain so yes I’m gonna look for the fastest option available, which seemed to be the case. As it didn’t work out with my friend’s dental office I decided to go back with this office. But this time, every time I called they would not pick up (I suspect they blocked my calls) because I called a few times during different hours through the day and I got no response. So I called through my friend’s phone number and they picked up first thing. I told my name and I said that I’d like to check their availability and the lady told me that the manager would actually call me to “maybe” set up my appointment. They never did call me back, I find it very offensive, disrespectful and childish with the customer. I’m not spending my money with these people as you’re not exclusive. It is very unethical what you’re guys are doing. Good thing this already happened in the beginning cause it already shows a lot about how this office could treat customers.

In this new era of covid-19 procedures and precautions this office has things covered. The whole building inside and out is extremely clean and modernized. The whole office runs like a well oiled machine full of friendly and knowledge employees. Also, I was thrilled to be able to communicate via text messaging after the initial phone call. Definitely recommend Dr. Mack and his comfort dental oral surgery team.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I got my wisdom teeth removed and didnt have a problem. They offer decent payment options. I got induced everything was explained before. Right after i dont remember anything but they took care of me as little as getting my jacket on and walking me to the car. Would recommend.
