I get an infusion every 6 months for MS. I was referred to this clinic by my neurologist & I really like this place! I will admit my first visit there was a considerable bit of a wait before being seen. Then I had a very normal reaction to my treatment which meant my visit was longer then expected. It was not the staffs fault, it happens 80% of the time with this medicine. So I then completely understood why I had to wait to be seen, uncontrollable set backs before I even got there. Knowing that’s always a possibility, I am in no hurry. Besides they have a beautiful salt water tank in the waiting room that I could watch endlessly! They also have a little coffee bar, water and snacks. I am pretty squeamish with needles & these ladies are exceptional at an IV. I’m not an easy person to poke, but they’ve been brilliant & almost completely painless. I really like the staff, I feel well cared for. I was witness to a very difficult situation with a non-verbal child that did not want a shot (understandably needles suck but especially for kids) & I was extremely impressed with how the nurse handled everything. She has an especially soft touch & kind friendly upbeat energy & was magnificent with this poor distraught child. She deserves 10 stars! The end

I call Dr. Melamed, Sherlock Holmes! He is a great detective, who looks beyond the surface to find every clue he can find. If you want a doctor who just runs some basic tests and is dumbfounded when they can't find an obvious answer, don't go see Dr. Melamed! But if you want a doctor who keeps looking and has several phases of plans, with a mix of supplements, vitamin IV's, diet, biologics and Western Medicine in certain situations, he's YOUR Sherlock, too!

Dr. Melamed’s staff are responsive, kind, friendly, and funny. They understand the difficulties associated with these illnesses and endeavor to make appointments as pain free as possible. Dr. Melamed and ImmunoE also accept all major insurance plans. It is notoriously difficult to get appointments, but it’s because Dr. Melamed and his team are the best. You may sit for long periods of time in the waiting room, but understand its because Dr. Melamed and his team are providing each patient the level of care you in turn want to receive and it is worth the wait. Dr. Melamed and Ms. Pein have given me my life back and I cannot say enough about their dedication, knowledge, and skill.

Dr. Melamed is the only doctor who has helped me with any of my immunodeficiency issues. Absolutely brilliant doctor. Be Prepared to wait after your scheduled appointment to see him, he runs behind a lot, but I just prepare accordingly. The wait is worth it.

Dr. Sarah and her staff don’t care about new patients waited 30 mins with no explanation, a couple who had an appointment after me went before me and all reception said was you’ll be seen when she’s done with them. I left and reception didn’t call me to apologize.
