It was my first experience of colonic hydrotherapy and Bethany was very kind and did her best to make me feel comfortable and supported. I also received a healing session which was an unexpected surprise of heaven on earth, if I can say so! I absolutely love their peaceful and welcoming space. I am truly in awe of Maureen! She's a one-stop-shop for holistic, natural approaches to health & wellness. A colonic treatment had every potential to be weird, but Maureen's gentle, kind demeanor immediately normalized everything and turned our time together into a calming, almost meditative, experience. I have felt lighter, more energized, and just generally healthier ever since. I also utilized her incredibly extensive knowledge in herbal medicine to help address some joint and muscle pain. What a warm, peaceful environment! Melanie and Bethany were very inviting and have created a safe and supportive atmosphere. They were both friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about natural and herbal wellness. I didn't have the colonic hydrotherapy, but I did enjoy an hour in their sauna (very peaceful, calming and rejuvenating). I also enjoyed their company/conversation while my partner was undergoing her colonic. Thank you!!
