Nothing great, also not bad. in 3 years they have been through at least 3 dentists, not really clear why they can't keep anyone. My best guess is they don't pay the good ones what they're worth or this is just a springboard to get to a better place? I will say, watching the staff put on the same face shield and same apron from patient to patient with little more than a little disinfectant spray then being charged 10 for "PPE" (not covered by my otherwise 100% covered visit) and claiming it's due to the pandemic is really pathetic. It certainly dropped a 4 star to a 3 star review.

I had temp crown put in last year and no one from the office ever called me to let me know the permanent crown came in. I called 2 months later and the receptionist said someone would get back to me and no one did. I called twice more and left messages and no one called me back so I emailed the office and once again, no response back from the office. I also called the corporate office with no response. I was billed for a crown that was never put in. Instead of someone from the office calling me back to rectify this situation, I am working with my insurance company to dispute the bill and claim as fraudulent because the claim was paid by my insurance company, I was billed and I never had the full service rendered. I have never experienced anything like this at any other dental office and obviously am no longer a patient.

My Dad was a new patient at Perfect Teeth. My dad tooth keep falling out his mouth and they did not nice to my dad they said my dad tooth is ready but is not ready to put it in his mouth. I gave it a 1 star of you guys read this they do a bad job. Go found a good dentist do a good job on our teeth.

I’ve been coming here for three years with my kids. Love it. Love the staff, love the follow up, a great choice. They diligently try to get all three of us in at the same time so we don’t have to come back and forth. Works great for school schedules.
