Dr. Gallego and her staff are simply the best. I recommend this office to anyone needing endodontic treatment. They were the ultimate professionals--thorough, patient, and just really nice people.

Very unhappy with this office's communication skills. Besides not following up and making me call them for updates after each step, they haven't been listening to me, and haven't told me what I've asked them for repeatedly. I have a very high anxiety with dental treatments and was very upfront about this. Twice I've had to walk out of appointments because I was told I was coming to \discuss\ treatment, then being confronted with a different type of appointment. I had asked multiple times for big picture costs on the entire procedure, and they've been unable to provide this. Had me do a 3D imaging that I paid out of pocket for, that was essentially pointless, as they explained it was necessary so the doctor could determine treatment, then they wanted me to pay a second time for an additional consultation, but scheduled this under the guise of a \quick face to face discussion\ before setting the actual treatment appointment. Bottom line, they're not very upfront about what it is they're doing and it felt like they were trying to bleed me dry, nickle and diming me for service without explaining the full cost. It shouldn't be this complicated, or take this many appointments, to get to where I know what's going on and getting my treatment.

Hands down one of the kindest, most welcoming endodontic offices in town. I have seen Dr. Gallego for treatment more than once and each time has been one of the easiest dental appointments I've been through. If ever I am need of a root canal, Dr. Gallego is who I call.
