We snapped a cable on our lift on a Sunday afternoon and dropped an email to Alden. By the same time on Monday afternoon, the cable was replaced and the boat was up in the air again. Excellent service and response time.

Great place for a small operation. The staff was busy and we had to wait a while, but when they got to us, they were very helpful. Their products aren't cheap, but appear to be high quality.
The customer service from Alden and the team at Marine Dock & Lift is the reason I keep coming back. They help us every year with lift install. They've helped a few times on short notice between torn a torn canopy from a bad storm and a fixing up our lift jack before the start of removal season, they're always willing to help out as best they can while charging very reasonably if anything at all. I always recommend Marine Dock & Lift whenever dock/lift services come up among friends.
