I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone. I left work 2 hrs. Early to be stopped at the door and told to go sit in my car and they will call my cell phone closer to my appointment time. I was 20 mins early so I was fine with that. 40 mins goes by I call them and she said they were getting a room ready. Exactly 1 hr later I call again only for her to tell me the same thing. The staff was very rude and didn't apologize for the wait. Needless to say I told her I was leaving and cancel my appointment. I am furious!

Mary the woman who answers the phone so rudely everytime I call who I just found out is also the office manager is horrible. She is not compassionate in any way. They stopped taking my children's insurance but still allowed me to make the appt and then wait a month for the next available time and then was given a confirmation call 2 days before to o ly be told the day before that they do not accept my insirance anymore. Two errors were made the first I shouldn't have been able to make am appt then second gotten a confirmation call. She then called me \hun\ in her snarky condescending tone after I told her my name multiple times. This is not my first encounter with her there has been many. The front desk is who should be warm and welcoming. Its sad to say but she makes the whole office look bad. Of you have the opportunity to go some where else I would suggest you doing so.

I absolutely love Dr. Nyquist she is the best! She is very attentive and cares about the welfare of her patients, not just their eyes but the overall wellbeing which means a lot to me. Makes me appreciate and know that a doctor cares genuinely about their patients. The staff are super nice and they know my name as soon as I walk in the door, which I love the personal attention I get when I come. Everyone is very pleasant and considerate. The office is always clean and I love that they decorate for the holiday of the season! The only thing I would like to see different is the waiting time to be seen. Sometimes I can wait 30 minutes before being taken back to the room or to another waiting area! Overall I would recommend this eye doctor for all your eye care needs!!!!!
