Don’t take their “be there” time at face value. Make them tell you your actual appointment time — we were told to arrive 1h15m early, before the doctor even arrived, so “paperwork could be prepared”. Which apparently is colossally complicated... took 5 minutes. I’ve brought family here twice. Debbie, the office manager, has a good manner with patients. The receptionist, who I noticed doesn’t wear a name tag, is rude and dismissive. Trade places. Stick Unhelpful in the back prepping the precious paperwork and have Debbie out in front working with your patients.
