Exam and Dr. was fine but the front staff incredibly rude to my husband. We have ins and they still some how overcharged and when my husband asked to explain the charges the girl was very rude. Felt scammed. Will never go again

I was so impressed with Dr. Perlin. I felt like he really took the time and put in the effort to show he cared about my vision. Oftentimes, I feel like I’m getting someone from a chain-like dental school who’s just checking off a list of things they’re supposed to do. But with Dr. Perlin, there was wisdom involved. This is the way a doctor-patient appointment should transpire. What a refreshing experience. I will be personally requesting him for my next exam. Additionally, the young woman who fitted me and reviewed the insurance information was very helpful, cheerful, and kind.

doctor was great and very helpful with answers to all my questions.... although this was not the doctor a made a appointment with specifically it was fine. Now the sales people in the store wow! i could have gotten better service at the sunglass hut at the mall.... 3 sales peolpe 2 doctors and there i stand poor answers to questions and no help. im an easy sale and simply walked out very disappointed. i needed glasses unfortunately this was my third try at cener Valley location over the years first time was wonderful. second left me with poor fit and frames too small. three strikes you're out!

The reason I decided to return to this store location at Center Valley was simply for the professional staff especially Jessica's knowledge & expertise of your product. Dr. Novak is very thorough with her exam & recommendations on my current prescription!

I have gone to Dr. Novak for 6 years. Love her she is exceptional. However, I will No longer go here anymore because of the staff they have in the sales area. They all are rude and nasty. I noticed the change in staff the last two years. I recently stopped in to order contacts before my wedding and was hoping they would order it for me and while I was speaking to one rep, another woman yelled to me across the store and interrupted me and said “ we can’t just sell you contacts!” I replied, I’m trying to order some through you, not ask you to give me any right now. She rolled her eyes and says “ well our system is down anyhow, so we can’t help with that”. The delivery and demeanor was insulting and rude. No tact was used. And on that note, I’ll take my RX and order online while I find a new eye doctor.
