I love this apartment complex! The staff is friendly, the amenities are excellent, and the modern designed apartments make me the envy of all of my visitors! The new management and maintenance team really go out of their way to make sure that the tenants are satisfied and the property is kept up. They even have valet trash! Book a tour and you won’t regret it

Just completed a year long lease. Great costumer service and management. Apartments are clean with a nice modern look. Outstanding pool, gym, and dog park. Only reason we are leaving is because we are buying a house! 10/10 recommended for anyone who is looking for an apartment!
This place is great! It only took us a single day to tour, talk with the assistant manager, apply, and be approved! It was all for within a few hours. The assistant manager, Ainsley, is so nice and incredibly helpful. She responds to all of our emails within a day or so and is always so accommodating. The apartments themselves are gorgeous and brand new. They use energy efficient appliances as well. We love our choice!
Kathy is our Manager here at Centerpoint Apartments and she is amazing manager she always puts her residence first and whatever it takes she assure us it will be done. I don’t believe anyone has worked with her residents as much as her. I am thankful and grateful for what has or is working on for all of us.
I am in the process of downsizing after the loss of my wife of 63 years of marriage. One of the biggest challenges is dealing with the void of loneliness. I am finding much easier to ac accept just knowing that moreving to Center point west will be a huge help to resolve that. Just knowing you and your staff are there for me is priceless. Hugs to all. Will be moving as soon as I sell my current home. Cant wait. Cathy is a treasure. Hope you treat her that way.
