One of the few \affordable\ apartment complexes, you could rent in the area of Centerton/Bentonville. 725 (when we first signed up) for a 2 bed/2 bath, was eye catching to us, and the apartment management was very friendly upon move-in. Great location in the heart of Centerton. The new manager Meagan, is very accommodating as well, and will help you in whatever issues you have with the apartments. Having said that, upon moving into the apartments, we had to hire a professional carpet cleaning crew to clean out the carpets as they were heavily soiled with pet hair/dander (we also hired a professional cleaning crew upon move out). The apartments have very thin walls and flooring (you can hear everything from your neighbors, from sneezing, to using the toilet, to the rude neighbor downstairs who kept on dragging a heavy table/chair on their floor and banging the walls of their apartment). A person with a truck candidly on a daily basis parks in the handicap spot, and parking is such a premium, that sometimes the parking lot is full with a few parking their cars who are not even residents, using it as a alternate permanent parking spot (sitting for months) until they retrieve them later, I've seen these individuals. A towing company who does patrols would do pretty decent in these parking lots. Additionally the neighbors have their dogs/pets do their business everywhere on the premises, we had to maneuver ourselves around their droppings just getting to and from our unit on a daily basis. The eighbors\ who live here are the rudest/most judgmental, you will ever experience, and I have lived in multiple states/cities. Other than that, direct management was helpful and we saved quite a bit living here for our move. We are at least grateful for that. We had made up our mind a third into our lease, that we would not renew, and had anticipated the months remaining until move out, which is quite unfortunate.

PROS: nice appliances and apartments are well kept with minimal damage CONS: When I first relocated and signed a 6 month lease I had absolutely NO problems, it wasn’t until they told me I could no longer sign a 6 month lease and I had to sign for 12 months is when I started having problems.. after living here a short while I’m starting to regret signing another lease. Tenants here have no respect for each other: the walls are paper thin, loud music at 8 am, can’t control their kids, stomping, loud guests and slamming doors. Noise complaints but nothing ever changes. Stay on the sidewalk because Fresh dog feces on the ground every morning. People don’t even attempt to clean up after themselves with trash. One trash can will be literally overflowing while the other is completely empty. They state a lot of rules in the beginning but never enforce them.
