I would highly recommend, Kyle is amazing. He helps you with every step of the way and is a very genuine person. He took time to take care of a network issue on my phone. Dylan was also very helpful and when helping me switch an old phone that screen was broken and giving me a good recommendation on the LGV60.

Avoid at all costs! Lied to us about cost of plan, said we would get refunds but Verizon customer service says that is not true. We purchased plan for 3 lines at 45/month but they set up 2 lines at 70/month. Set us up paying extra for cloud and didn't even ask us. Stuck in this store for 4 hours with no water while they twittle around waiting on hold. Young worker behaves like the mask police, sits talking with customer about video games for HOURS while other customers are waiting outside in the cold to get help! They don't deserve your business trust me.
