I never cease to be amazed at the wonderful job William and Luis do for us. Central Bank purchased our previous bank (Bank Liberty) so we were pulled into Central Bank automatically. However, it has been a delightful experience largely due to the manager at this location (William Anthony) and Luis Ramos. These guys are ON TOP of everything. Communications are replied to expediently, assistance is offered whenever needed and they are above and beyond professional. I even went so far as to open my 2nd business account there this week. VERY pleased. Thank you guys!

They just took over Platte Valley bank, horrid customer service. Anytime I've called they seem hassled for me trying to find out why random fees and charges are coming off my accounts. Last fee was a 100 that they took out of my savings account which made me -69.00. Called and asked what was going on and they said it was a fee they charge if something is paid out of savings. Travelling for work, can't wait to get home and pull these accounts and be done with this awful bank... Also been over a month waiting on a debit card from the transition, still no sign of that either. Not well ran...
