Postage for one item is very unreasonable. I paid 7 Euro for a coin card, but Euro9.50 for postage. They told me that this is due to insurance, but I cannot understand why the insurance cost is the same for a 7 euro item when compared to a 100 euro item. Its just robbery. Only when getting many items is it worth buying from here as they rob you on one item. Being in Valletta only, it is hard to pick up items yourself and postage is the only option. It is unfair that I must pay 10 euro minimum to get something delivered for an item which I am 100% doesn't cost you that much to send. I asked you to justify the extra costs you are charging but you refused to do so. You manage to turn a hobby of someone into a nightmare UPDATES --- Please don't say you're insuring things. Your terms and confitions state this. \Insurance Purchases of 250 and over have to be insured at an additional cost. Insurance cover for purchases below this amount is optional.\ And there is no option to chose to insure something or chose not to, so if you are doing so it's against your own policy because you didn't give me the choice. The orders i am referring to were of only 7 euro value yet you charged me 10 euro postage. You rob on postage costs.

Great place to understand Malta’s heritage by banknotes and coins. The people inside the Bank are very polite and kind to explain in detail the minimuseum content. It worth a visit and is no time consuming, dont miss it.
