Central Bank has been an important partner of Kids Who Count! As a small nonprofit we have been banking with them for decades and they have come through for and helped us in so many ways. When we applied for paycheck protection during COVID-19, the staff of the SF branch helped us through the application process and we received our funds in 2 days! Absolute worst customer service from Glen Roach , I waited for over 15 min to bring them more business while he was visiting with someone and talking about trump , Russia , the Middle East , the second coming , Muslims , and many more inappropriate topics that don’t belong in a bank environment, I will be calling his boss and filing a formal complaint, in addition I closed my accounts and took my business somewhere else.
