We decided that we needed our bathroom replaced into a wet-room but where to go and the cost? We went to three bathroom installers and after looking around decided to go with Central Bathrooms, a family run company and the best decision we have made. Luke told us it would take approx 2 weeks all they needed was a 10% deposit or the price and the rest when the bathroom was finished. He explained how all the items in the wet-room worked. As I have worked in the contracts business all my life I was very impressed with the quality, workmanship and the finish we got. A hidden Gem! Michael Hartland

I bought an item from this company's eBay website. The item I received was faulty and the seller's is not at all cooperative. They took more than two months to refund for the item and even longer to refund my shipping costs for the faulty item. They have no understanding whatsoever of the Distant Selling Regulation law )or they pretend not to know in the hope that their customers are ignorant on the matter?). It took me several emails, lot of time and of course immense grief to go through this. I have also found Luke, the person I dealt with's personal attitude, communication, and manners in writing lacking any form of polite standards and professionalism. The latter has caused of an exacerbation the bad impression I have of the company as well as great distress.
