Even though a referral was sent prior to my surgery, they \couldn't find\ the paperwork and my therapy was delayed as was my progress. In addition, the therapist spent more time drawing pictures of exercises than actually showing me how to do them. There was no hands on care, stretching or massage, only standing by counting number of exercises.
