Great sales and service by Joslyn. Gave me a great deal on a Honda generator. They shipped it down from their Columbus store. Walked in and picked it up. I also buy my John Deere tractor parts from them. Very happy.
Talk about going out of the way to please your customers...this dealer certainly did that. While looking at the new mowers, they quickly approached us and answered all our questions. They were patient and courteous. The salesman who's name is Paul did an exceptional job letting us test drive a mower and finally giving us all the benefits of the brand. We ended up purchasing our first John Deere, 636M. We are so happy with the results after one week of use. The machine makes our job faster and smoother. I'm looking forward to coming back and continue buying other equipments there just because of the customer experience.
It was good... bought a new tractor from them had to wait an extra week for it for additional attachments to come in..I put 24 hrs on my John Deere I'm still runs great my salesman Paul was great and he has a lot of knowledge how to run machines
