Cmhp doesn't seem to care about renters. Tried for 3 weeks for application and never received one. They must not care about the Tennant s.

-BEWARE- I have been a tenant AND work in real estate and property management, CMHP commits regular illegal activates including intimidation, lieing and misleading tenants, purposeful negligence to service items including mold, egress windows that don't operate, not plowing snow for days to extent tenants get stuck trying to get out and go to work. This is just what I have seen myself, not to mention lieing about law and demanding illegal payments to get out and move including falsifying lease's, demanding illegal terms. And site managers after site managers quitting and leaving with stories of how the organization is rotten to the top so bad they just cant bear to deal with it at all. If you rent here you rent at your own risk. Once upon a time was a good organization, it turned real ugly a few years ago and has just gone from bad to worse. I am lucky where I actually know the laws so I call them out when they lie and do illegal stuff, average people don't know.

CMHP is horrible! We were trying to get a service animal at our townhome in Baxter. We sent in all the paperwork and never heard from them. Both me and Fiancé called multiple times and left numerous voicemails. We unfortunately had to get rid of our puppy or else we would have gotten a lease violation. Our family was so heartbroken and devastated. All because CMHP couldn't be decent human beings and call us back and get the paperwork done. I would give zero stars.

Northcrest Townhomes in mora, that are part of the CMHP, are a complete and utter joke. Beware getting sucked into this disaster zone black hole. They make it extremely difficult for you to get out of your lease and try to charge you hundreds in move out fees. Also they have been smoked in though no longer a smoking property it still reeks in there. I requested a new dish washing machine and never got one approved until they notified me two years later they were going to replace the broken one - I laughed and told them to forget it because I was moving out in a few days anyway. What a joke. This place is horrendously run. Not only did they take my 500 deposit but were trying to charge me another 530.00. If I could I would give you no stars.
