I highly recommend Dr. Sakamoto. I have had severe dental anxiety since I was a child. I have been putting off getting a gum graft for several years due to fear/anxiety. I finally decided to schedule a consult after my dentist told me it’s getting worse. I found Dr. Sakamoto by reading his google reviews. He was worth the hour drive from where I live. From the moment I walked into my consult, I had a wonderful experience with how professional and pleasant the front desk staff is. Between Dr. Sakamoto and his assistant, I felt so much relief about getting this done. I got the IV sedation, and the anesthesiologist they use is just as outstanding as Dr. Sakamoto. I will continue going to Dr. Sakamoto for any of my future periodontics needs. It’s almost a week after my gum graft, and I have no pain. The calls to check how I was feeling and the appointment text reminders are so thoughtful. I spoke with my dental office in Mansfield this morning to let them know to refer their patients to Central Ohio Periodontics as it was one of the best experiences I’ve had for my dental needs. Thank you so much for everything.

Dr. Sakamoto is the best of the best - I would not send my family and friends to anyone else for any periodontal concerns. Dr. Sakamoto has treated me twice for a recurrent gum issue and has been nothing but responsive, kind, professional, and thorough in how he conducts his practice. Office staff are always friendly and kind. I also work in healthcare and admittedly can be on the picky side about my own providers - not a problem with Dr. Sakamoto! Thank you.
