When I first heard of this company and saw the website I thought it was to good to be true. I’ve been driving and doing flatbed for 10 years but once I got connect with my recruiter and the hiring coordinator for the company (Brandon) man I tell you it has become my dream job. Brandon is an amazing guy. Honest from the first call, took time to explain just who they are and what I can expect and he was not lying. Man it was good talking to him for hours about the position. The internal staff is amazing from top to bottom. But I can’t say enough good things about Brandon and the job he does as the face of recruiting for that company. Go COTC!

Funny when the truth hurts about this company. Be careful when you work for this company. They will slander their drivers, they will mess with your driving record. If you are being treated unfairly please reach out to me I'll be filing a lawsuit against them soon for unfairly firing, bullying, and safety issues.
