I went here for the first time and let me tell you, the food was really delicious. The atmosphere is breathtaking with so many pictures on the walls. The waiters were very nice as well. The prices are good

I never say never, but I have a hard time saying I have never had a good experience at Central. The bbq is always fresh and good. I have a hard time deciding what meat to order. I like them all Not to mention all the sides to choose from. Don't forget the desserts too. They were one of the few open early in Uri ice storm and I am very grateful for that. Friendly service and always a great day when you pull up and smell those smokers rolling. Lifetime of memories.
Service was great. Everyone was friendly. I'm glad they asked if I wanted BBQ sauce on the meats or on the side. I'm a big \on the side\ person. The meat portions for lunch were perfect for me. Loved seeing that smoke ring on the brisket. Smoked sausage was great!
The brisket was good. The pulled pork had lots of flavor even before adding sauce. The sides came in sizable helpings. The sweet potatoes were big delicious chunks covered in a sweet sauce. The broccoli and rice was good and as were the green beans. The process for ordering involve standing in line outside in a way that seemed to negate any efforts to distance for covid. The menu was posted at the front of the line so that you couldn't decide what you wanted until you got there. And then you felt bad taking any time to figure out what you wanted.
Always good BBQ. The bark on the brisket is excellent and tasty. BBQ sandwich is huge and loaded with an enormous amount of slice brisket. Do not pass up the banana pudding....hands down the best! I would have added photos but it's all gone!
