Brian may be the most responsive, fair and professional service person I have ever used for any type of repair. His service is great in every respect. I can't recommend him enough!
Our at least 20-year-old central vacuum seemed to bed losing power. We called Central Vacuum and Brian came, evaluated our system and with sensible explanations,replaced our system with a much more powerful vacuum that includes a ten-year warranty. He installed it the same day. We don't expect any further problems but if they arise we're confident that Brian will cover them.
Owner Brian was a very informative gentleman and a conscientious business man. Brian got back to me right away with in 2 hours of my call and texted me to advise he could do an earlier appointment and called when he was 20 minutes away from our house. Job was performed with excellence . I would recommend him any time . Clean / neat considerate worker and respects your property surroundings .
Brian is a true professional. He is quick to respond to my service calls, very knowledgable about our vacuum system and always very professional. When he says he will be there, he will be there. No unnecessary waiting around for him to show up. Highly recommend!
