I arrived early for my appointment for DOT/CDL physical, filled out paperwork and immediately noticed the receptionist(s) that waited on me and others were friendly and smiling. Turned in paperwork and received the same positive pleasant attitude. Within a few minutes of my scheduled appointment I was called to the back to begin my physical. Again, I was greeted by a friendly smiling young woman who seemed happy to be at work, she cheerfully escorted me through her part of the process. Next I saw Dr. Titus who was also friendly, informative, and through. The whole experience was positive and left me wondering how they provide that level of service for the price I paid. I recommend them without hesitation and would hope anyone needing a DOT/CDL physical would have the same elevated level of service. My sincere thanks to all I interacted with.

They have a couple people that are kind hearted, but the receptionist they had are worthless. We we're waiting 1 1/2 hours, when we asked at the desk how much longer, we we're then told we had just barely been registered... ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! People come here for pee tests, and they are holding it in, which as a medical facility they should know better, and know that holding it in is the leading cause of UTI's. They are just rude to their clients both you and old. If it weren't for the job I want, I'd NEVER come here. Just saw, and very concerning. If you don't have to come here, I would recommend staying far, far away from this place.

I had to take a UA for a new job. I have a college degree and have always been employed since graduating. I have never had to take a UA for any previous job so I was unfamiliar with the process. I happened to be on my cycle and needed to wash my hands desperately after providing a sample. Instead I was told I could have 1 pump of Purcell and I got dry paper towel after showing the technician my hands. I then handled several pens and touched several surfaces as I was moved from one room to another in the process. It was only after the sample was bagged and sealed that I was allowed to wash my hands. I was completely disgusted! It was not only unhygienic but that practice puts others at risk for coming into contact with blood born pathogens. I felt completely degraded when I left. I hope I never have to take a UA again.

I don’t know who runs this place but you’d have a better chance getting an appointment with the dog whisperer. If you leave a voicemail it gets lost in cyberspace, staff is unresponsive and uninformed. Waste...
