My dog cut the pad on his foot and they were able to work me in same day (as a new patient!). Fast, prompt and thorough. Even with COVID-19 curbside protocol, I felt comfortable sending my nervous pup in without me. They go above and beyond to make sure you and your pet are comfortable and make an effort to keep you informed of what is going on. Would definitely recommend!

I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. My dog is kind of a demon since he hates strangers and is suspicious of being looked at... So I've been dreading having to find a new vet after our move, but I'm so very glad I chose Centralia. I've never felt so heard when discussing his various issues and it's such a relief to not have to stress communication on top of worrying about how upset he is to be there. For the first time ever, I felt like he was actually looked at the way he's meant to be vs just examined from a distance. Everyone was so considerate and kind to him. We're definitely not going to be going anywhere else. Other points of note: cheaper than anticipated (though unsure of how it compares to other local places), easy parking, very easy to use website to make appointments even when they're closed, I liked the text to check in. Honestly even if they were the most expensive place around, I'd still go back. I'm very pleased and confident in my creature's care here. And that's more than I can say for anywhere else I've ever taken him

Trying to ensure my kitten Luna is healthy and up to date on all her stuff has been a stressful priority considering she was a stray. However, I’m very, very, happy that we have this hospital to take care of her. Despite Luna carefully dividing her time at home being a hyper kitten who loves doing floor gymnastics and a sweet little lap cat, she’s also extremely anxious when it comes to new environments and new people. But it’s a testament of character for everyone at Centralia that she just melted in their arms! It can be nerve wracking not being able to see your pet the traditional way, but everyone at Centralia is very safe yet efficient at curbside service. From the tech who greets you, to the doctor who comes out to see you after taking care of your pet. They answer any and all questions. It’s a really nice experience, which those can sometimes be hard to find, especially during these trying times. Thank you all so much for taking care of my little Luna! And there was one tech who was exceptionally nice greeting us at our car - I think she maybe had purple or pink hair? I’m sorry I can’t remember her name, but she was super warm and friendly! Thanks again :)

They treat my pet ferret. I've only been there twice. Everyone seems really nice and friendly. Appointments are a little complicated due to COVID. You basically have to sit in your car. Someone comes out to get your pet. There's a lot of calling back and forth to discuss things. I think they try really hard to work within the COVID guidelines. Dr. Molly is very good. She takes time to call me and discuss my pet during the appointment. She gives me a lot of details about caring for my ferret. I like it that I can schedule appointments through the website. It's fairly easy to do and I prefer that to calling in. I also think their prices are very fair. Ferrets are expensive pets and they're prone to lots of health issues so it's nice to know that the vet is not overpriced.

They did a great job with my puppy Blaze neutering. They will be seeing my sweet Baby Girl Bella next for her spay.
