The expertise and friendliness of Dr. Liu was very appreciated in our time of need. My husband’s nurse Edna was amazing and compassionate. Their knowledge and care for my husband showed. It helped ease our minds knowing he was under their care. We are thankful for the care we received at Floyd. Highly recommend to others

I went in 7 days ago with chest pains I had for 3-4 days straight, doubled vision, and congested. The 3-4 hours that I was there (only one there), I had an xray and they covid tested me and told me I would receive results in 2-3 days and to quarantine until I did. I finally had to call them 7 days later to find something out and no further concerns as to why my chest pains are there. Anyways, look for this hospital to change names to Canada Medical if anything is medically wrong with my heart bc I will sue them for every penny they're worth, which isnt much. The care was pitiful. They were rude and slow, possibly due to me telling them I was an ex-addict and not to write me anything narcotic, which they did anyways and told me to just not fill them then.

My son arrived at the hospital having gone in to anaphylactic shock. The paramedics and hospital team did an amazing job caring for him...and for me, his Mom. Can't say enough wonderful things about the level of care we received.

Brought my dad in for leg and back pain and the nurses here are not friendly or caring at all I understand that its Christmas and youd rather be at home but you chose this profession so why not be kind to all patients with minor or major emergencies???if that's to hard to do then find another profession
