I tried to order a Cat Defense Keychain. I placed my order and since I am moving I put the address that I am moving to in two weeks. Defense Divas sent me a email that my bank rejected my order due to a “fraud flag” which is bs because my bank never notified me of potential fraud. Defense Divas told me that since my billing address and my delivery address weren’t the same that they had to cancel it. So I explained that I was in fact moving and that I needed it delivered to the address I gave them. Defense Divas rejected my order without an actual reason and told me I could come back and order it again. I will not be back. I ordered the exact same thing from a different site and didn’t have this problem. Very unprofessional experience and I will tell everyone I know not to order from this site.

Order came slow because of USPS. But, they shipped it out on time, and the products are good quality for the price.
