I have never been to a Dr that was more friendly and patient oriented (and I work in a medical office). Every time I have seen her (once per year) she walks into the room like we are best of friends. The best thing is... it isn't fake. She truly cares and it shows. I also appreciate that she doesn't up sell her products. If an over the counter product is working- she says don't fix what is broken. I will not go anywhere else!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quickness of service, COVID procedure felt very safe - I was called in via phone from my car, went in immediately for the pre-examination room, no wait time to see the Doctor for the full exam. Dr. Hale was upbeat, positive, and informative. Facility and equipment was clean and sterilized. This was not your typical doctor's office visit - it was quite pleasant and efficient.

Well.... I cannot judge the doctors or the place but I called in today to visit there for the very first time. I chose the place because of the good reviews, however, the staff I talked on the phone was rude and careless. She told me there is no room until next year and while I was thinking what to do she bye-byed and hang up the phone on my face which made me so upset. I am not ever calling them again. Might be a great place (I dont know) but very poor front-desk assistant!

I cannot thank Dr. Simms and Dr. Moore enough for their patience and thoroughness of my visits. I came recently as a self pay patient with an eye injury and they not only gave me an amazing welcome to the practice that made me feel right at home, but really took the time to evaluate my injury and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable as I was healing. This practice and their staff is truly wonderful and I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Staffs are extremely rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly. After 3-years of consistently-bad experience, I'm done with this place. They're careless and don't-ask-just-schedule-any-appointment-whatever. Doctors are amazing, so if you don't mind the front desk to ruin your day, confuse you, schedule the wrong appointment, and charge you for something you didn't ask for, go for it. VERY BAD.
