The doctors are great. Dr.Villa is wonderful and kind. The billing company, however, is absolutely terrible. They are a total MESS. They keep deleting your insurance information from your file. When you call they sound clueless. I have called FOUR times to reprovide my insurance information. Told I owe nothing, and then sent the same bill again. Told to disregard again and then once again go through the cycle. Absolutely disgusting. They need someone to audit this billing department.

My child has received care from 5 of the pediatricians. ONLY 2 of them has treated me with the respect of the parent, and a partner in my child healthcare. We love doctor Villa, and would recommend her. What lead me to posting a review is my experience with Dr Laura Byrnes today. She rushed us through our appointment, even to.the point of standing opening the door while we were asking questions. As she was at the door and practically walking out, she turned and asked if we had anymore questions. She also told me one test she was going to have ran on my child. However when her nurse came to tun the test. There were actually 2 test. I.could pick out other issues with other visits , like one doctor saw us with out reading my child's file, and asked questions that you know about her before walking in the room. When I mentioned that the information he is asking should be in her records, his response was he skimmed the file before walking in. For now this is all I will write in this review, but I do have other negative experiences with this practice. Again I recommend Dr Villa, but please make sure you choose a doctor that is respectful good you, the parent.

I am giving 2 stars as the Doctor Byrnes rushed us and hinted we were late when in fact, we were on time and were held back at the front to update our information. I would not recommend this place, they are all about money and not about patience.

Very much pleased with the response of the receptionists Net and Sarah in scheduling appointments. Doctors are very responsive for all the questions. Especially Laura Byrnes.
